Natural Flow Yoga

A blissful yoga class in a beautiful space!
This class will follow a natural flow beginning with a sequence to wake up and energize the spine. We will progress into a gentle, warming vinyasa to further lubricate the joints and warm the body. Your body will be ready for asanas and deep stretches. We’ll wind down with pranayama (breathing exercises) and/or a meditation followed by a restorative svasana (relaxation).
This Natural Flow Yoga class is accessible for all levels of experience from a brand new beginner to a more seasoned practitioner looking for a low- impact relaxing experience.
Teacher: Holly Davenport, RYT has been teaching yoga in the local community for over twelve years. Her gentle relaxed approach has opened the door to yoga for students ranging from teens to seniors.

Marsha completed her 200 hour training with Cathy Mann and is presently working on the 500 hour program. She is an enthusiastic and sensitive teacher who has the desire to share yoga and healing with others. One way she does this is through her local cable television show, Marshashana Yoga, done in collaboration with her son, Mark. Her classes bring a calmness and serenity to her students by incorporating posture with breath and mindfulness. Marsha teaches and practices yoga to keep the body flexible with stretching and postures, and the mind calm thru strengthening the mind/body/soul connection.
